All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. For international customers, currency conversion rates are handled by your bank or payment provider.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

- A dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships

04 Refund Policy
Refund Window: 7 Days. All refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests approved after verification will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- UPI/Bank Transfer refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing
- Card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank
Eligible Reasons for Refund
- Product received is physically damaged in transit
- Product has a clear manufacturing defect or technical distortion from our production process
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order was confirmed and charged but not fulfilled or dispatched within a reasonable time

05 Return Policy
Our products are authentic GI-tagged handcrafted goods. As such, minor natural variations in colour, texture, weave, and embroidery are not defects — they are proof of genuine handcraft. Returns based on these variations will not be accepted.
Returns Are Accepted ONLY If:
✅ Transit Damage: The product arrives physically damaged due to packaging failure or courier mishandling
✅ Manufacturing Defect: A clear defect or technical distortion directly attributable to our production or finishing process
✅ Wrong Item Delivered: The item received is not what you ordered
Returns Are NOT Accepted For:
❌ Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
❌ Natural variations in colour, shade, or texture inherent to handmade products
❌ Minor size variations within the tolerance range stated on the product page
❌ Damage caused after delivery due to improper use, washing, or storage
❌ Products that have been used, washed, altered, or tampered with
❌ Returns requested beyond the 7-day window
All returned items (where applicable) must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by Shah Bi Handicrafts only in cases of our error (wrong item or manufacturing defect).
06 Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@shahbihc.com or +91-7889850324 with your order number. A full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may raise a return request upon delivery if the conditions in Section 05 are met.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
07 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please follow these steps immediately:
- Do not use or wash the product. Keep it in its original packaging.
- Take clear photographs and/or a short video showing the damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.
- Contact us at info@shahbihc.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7889850324 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the photographic/video evidence.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Claims raised without photographic or video evidence may not be processed. We strongly encourage documenting the unboxing of your order.
08 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
The following situations are explicitly excluded from our refund and return policy:
- Orders where the return/refund request is made after the 7-day window from delivery
- Products damaged due to the customer's own use, neglect, or improper care
- Custom or personalised orders made to the customer's specific requirements
- Digital products, brochures, or downloadable content
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is entirely on our end
