04 Products & Descriptions

All products sold on shahbihc.com are authentic, handcrafted Kashmiri handicrafts produced by skilled artisans from the ST community. Our products include, but are not limited to, Sozni embroidered shawls, Aari-work stoles, crochet wraps, hand-embroidered Pherans, crewel cushion covers and crochet tote bags.

Because every item is handcrafted, minor variations in colour, pattern, size, and texture are inherent to the nature of handmade products and are not considered defects. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly.

We make every effort to display colours accurately; however, actual colours may differ slightly due to monitor calibration differences.

05 Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Orders placed are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or confirmed payment authorisation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase
• We accept payments via the methods listed on our checkout page, which may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and other available gateways

06 Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

07 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and selected international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, and demand conditions.

• Domestic orders: typically delivered within 5–10 business days
• International orders: typically delivered within 10–21 business days depending on destination country
• Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or customs clearance beyond our control

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier partner.

08 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns: Because our products are authentic GI-tagged handcrafted items, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or minor natural variations inherent to handmade goods.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is physically damaged in transit
• The product has a manufacturing defect or technical distortion attributable to our production process
• The wrong product was delivered to you

To initiate a return or refund claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shahbihc.com or +91-7889850324 with photographic/video evidence of the issue.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; a return may be raised on delivery if applicable.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, product designs, logos, brand names, graphics, videos and page layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shah Bi Handicrafts Producer Company Ltd. or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability
